MS Society National Support Groups

The MS Society has 3 National support groups: Asian MS, GLAMS and Mutual Support. These groups provide a contact and support network for people who have a shared background, lifestyle or interest. Find out more about the support groups below.

Through its network of regions and branches throughout the UK, the MS Society also provides a comprehensive local support structure. Many local groups offer services, support and social activities for special interest groups.

Asian - Asian MS

Asian MS is a national support group for Asian people with MS, their carers, friends and family. 

Armed Forces - Mutual Support

Mutual Support is a national support group for people in the Armed Forces open to all personnel irrespective of rank or grade who have an association with MS. 

Gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered people - GLAMS

GLAMS was set up for lesbians, gay men, bisexual and transgendered people affected by MS.

Rishon Multiple Sclerosis Aid Group is for Jewish people with MS and their supporters.

For younger Jewish people affected by MS


The Shane Project
Support, information and advocacy for African and Caribbean people affected by MS.
