Mikey is 30 and originally from Wales. He is a recruitment consultant and is an occasional cyclist. He describes himself as a 'bit chubby'!

Mikey completed the Coast to Coast bike ride from Whitehaven to Tynemouth over 3 days this summer.

His top tip to great fundraising is to 'do something that is hard work, and make people feel guilty!'

Mikey raised a fantastic £1,620.00 for the MS Society.
