Catriona is 31 years old and lives in Los Angeles. She has run for 20 years and had been trying for 6 years to get a place in the London Marathon. When training as a massage therapist she met Luisa, an MS sufferer who became a close friend. Catriona decided to run the London Marathon in support of the MS Society but was in the middle of moving to Los Angeles at the time. Luisa provided a great deal of support with fundraising and, according to Catriona, should take "all the credit for the total raised".
