Emma is 31 years old and lives in Gloucester. She is married and has a 3 year old son. Emma also manages a hair and beauty wholesalers and enjoys running and socialising with friends.

Emma took part in the Flora London Marathon in 2006 and supported the MS Society as she has close family members with MS.

Emma's advice is to get in touch with the local press and put up lots of posters at work and community places. She also says to get as many family and friends involved as possible.
