Caroline Pearse

From Bracknell, Berkshire gained the Bronze award.

 

Champion profile:

Caroline is 32 and works full time for a Software Development company. She is also studying for an Open University degree in Business Studies.

Caroline took part in the Bigfoot walk in Wiltshire in 2005 and has also been involved with the Xmas Stars and Cake Break promotions. A relative suffered from MS and worked hard to raise money for the MS Society. Caroline wanted to carry on his work.

Caroline advises future fundraisers to start as soon as possible. You should ask everyone to sponsor you as you will be surprised how many people will say yes. Start a Justgiving page and email it to everyone that you even vaguely know. Finally, tell people the reasons you have for doing this and they may be more inclined to support you.
