Mark is 25 years old and works as a computer programmer. He describes himself as sport mad. Mark took part in the 2005 London Marathon for the MS Society. He kept a diary of his training on the web so his sponsors could check on his progress. Mark also had a "guess my time" competition where the winner won a bottle of champagne.
