Please note: The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 has been replaced by the Equality Act 2010 in England, Wales and Scotland. The following sections will soon be updated to reflect this.

In the meantime information about the new Act can be found on the Directgov website. The Disability Law Service also has a factsheet about it.
