From Monday 8 Februay to Sunday 14 February 2010, Prof Robin Franklin, Director of the UK MS Society Cambridge Centre for Myelin repair, and Director of the Neural Stem Cell programme at the MRC Cambridge Centre for Stem Cell biology and Regenerative Medicine, will answer questions related with stem cell therapies in MS.
This Q&A session follows from a video interview with Prof Franklin where he gives us an overview of potential stem cell therapies, explaining how these may work in MS. In this video he also explains the current situation in terms of research, and discusses current claims and aspects of safety and effectiveness.
